"Playing With Scratches" (Grease, 2007), released on Nov. 13, is the first full-length offering from Ruckus Roboticus.

The Dayton, Ohio, producer and DJ offers a personal reflection of his childhood narrarated through an eclectic blend of samples, children's songs, beat juggling and, of course, scratching.

Not quite hip-hop or turntablism purely, and more than just a beat tape, Ruckus provides a unique and entertaining technicolor tale.
