Published 11.21.08 — If you weren't in L.A. back in 2001 when Madlib and Cut Chemist battled, or 2002 when Will.i.am served up his theatrics to a tuxedo-clad Thes One, or 2003 when Ohno and Exile rocked the decks, you might have missed some of the best LA hip-hop talent.

But now, you can relive those experiences of the world-famous Rootdown Soundsystem nights at the Little Temple in "DJ Dusk's Root Down Soundclash" presented by Mochilla.

The DVD, shot through a pair of Sony PC100 cameras by fans Coleman and B , is a tribute to the late DJ Dusk who hosted the nights.

You'll feel like you were one of the crowd, bobbing your head and watching the raw talent on these now historic nights.
